Problems with latest Adobe Air update!
Hi,
id like to report a bug with the newest version of Adobe Air and Glitzycam:
My external USB Camera is not correctly stretched into the canvas and has colored stripes on the left and the right side of the picture.
It would be great to get help with this bug.

What version of Adobe Air are you using?
Would it be possible for you to send us a screenshot? send it to support @ glitzycam.
In the meantime, do you need the latest adobe air version? Can you pls try uninstalling your Adobe Air
and installing an older version? Will investigate the problem and will let you know.
Older versions of Adobe Air
the problem occurs with Adobe air v13 and v14 only with the external usb camera I use (Logitech c270).
I also tried to uninstall / install Adboe Air several times, thats how I know which version works.
I am currently using Adobe air v3.9 but unfortunately the software stretches the picture incorrectly.
I have attached a screenshot with the problem when using Adobe Air 14 (or 13), you will notice the green stripe on the left side, which will be permanently there and printed too. Also the picture is not formatted corretly (4:3 instead of 16:9).
General Infos of my system:
Macbook Air Retina 13" late 2013
Software OS X 10.9.4 (13E28)

thanks for the support.
I installed adobe air 3.1 and it works, but only with an external usb camera. the internal isight doesnt get recognized by the software. Since Im only using an external cam it is no problem for me but maybe for others with a similar bug.
It would be great if you could inform me if you find a bugfix for the overall issue with adobe air.
So far, I m looking foreward to the wedding of my best friend next week where glitzycam will be the photo booth!

Good to hear it worked for you. Regarding the camera, If Glitzycam is using your external camera, you will need to change your camera thru Settings | Camera & Effects. Does your internal camera appear on the dropdown? In your case, you should see at least two.
the program promts me initially with a message that i have to plug in a camera for it to use.
The settings show no other camera than the external one.
PS: I tried other program which use the internal isight - it works, so I suppose it has something to do with adobe air 3.1.

Does the internal camera get detected if you unplug the external one?
