My download is not working...

I downloaded the program but when I try to install I get this error.

The application could not be installed because the installer file is damaged. Try obtaining a new installer file from the application author.

what gives?

I had this working on my laptop and I had to reimage it from a project and I have a full license.
I downloaded it today and I'm getting the same error as above. What is causing it?

Hi! This is caused by expired certificate. As a workaround, pls set your PC's date to June 17, 2015 and install Glityzcam. After installation, you can set the date back to current date again.
